• In youth and community settings young people should have the opportunity to develop their potential for great creative and artistic expression
• Inspiring professional artists should play an integral part in the creative and artistic lives of both the young people and the adults who work with them in informal settings
• Adults working with young people have the important responsibility of nurturing creativity and artistic expression
• Both young people and adults should engage in ongoing creative and artistic learning journeys, which need thoughtful and creative interventions and professional development
• Youth and community settings should be creative and inspiring environments for young people to explore

Experience

's team of professional artists have extensive experience working in a variety of youth and community settings. As both artists and arts educators, they have initiated, co-ordinated, delivered and evaluated a range of exciting artistic interventions from one-off workshops, extended pieces of work and action research projects to weekly youth arts programmes.
